Annual scientific meetings center around the Global Congress of Minimally Invasive Spinal Specialists. Our next meeting will be April 14-16, 2007 in Las Vegas. Click on the "Meetings" tab on the top menu to learn more.  World-renowned researchers are invited, and open papers and posters are welcome at each meeting. Workshops are offered in conjunction with the ACFBC www.acfbc.com for members interested in various board certifications. Attendance earns credits toward the on-line university programs leading to M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. Preceptorships and Master of Science or Surgery Degree programs may be arranged at a number of centers certified by the RCPS(US) www.rcpsus.com and affiliated with the American International University www.amintu.com.

The Official Journal of AAMISS is the peer-reviewed Journal of Minimally Invasive Spinal Technique, which publishes articles on clinical research, innovative techniques, case studies, history, socioeconomic and forensic issues, technical notes, and meeting abstracts. The Journal also provides Continuing Medical Education resources.

AAMISS is a sister society of ACFBC and RCPS(US) and affiliated with the American International University. The full cooperation of the sister societies provides members with opportunities for advanced professional training, board certification, publication, continuing medical education, innovative discussion, and university programs leading to M.S. and Ph.D. degrees.

The annual dues are $200.00, which includes subscriptions to the Journal of Minimally Invasive Spinal Technique, newsletters, and e-mailings.
